Terms of Service

Effective date: September 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Slide Table Styler (the "Add-on"), a Google Slides add-on provided by sok41 (the "Developer"). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The Add-on applies formatting (borders, colors, text styles, alignment, row heights, and column widths) to tables in Google Slides. The Add-on is provided free of charge.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to your presentations. You are responsible for the content you format with the Add-on and for making sure you have permission to edit it. The Add-on changes your presentations only when you click Apply. Please check the result, and use Undo (Ctrl+Z / ⌘+Z) or the version history in Google Slides if needed.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Add-on only in compliance with applicable laws and with Google's terms, and not to interfere with or misuse the Add-on.

4. Privacy

How the Add-on handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Developer does not guarantee that the Add-on will be error-free or always available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of or inability to use the Add-on.

7. Changes and termination

The Developer may change, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on, or update these Terms, at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Add-on after an update means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、sok41（以下「開発者」）が提供する Googleスライドのアドオン Slide Table Styler（以下「本アドオン」）の利用に適用されます。本アドオンをインストールまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. サービスの内容

本アドオンは、Googleスライドの表に書式（罫線・色・文字の書式・揃え・行の高さ・列幅）を適用します。本アドオンは無料で提供します。

2. 利用者のコンテンツ

プレゼンテーションに関する権利は、すべて利用者に帰属します。本アドオンで書式を変更する内容と、その編集権限があることについては、利用者が責任を負います。本アドオンは「適用」を押したときにだけプレゼンテーションを変更します。結果を確認し、必要に応じて元に戻す（Ctrl+Z / ⌘+Z）や Googleスライドの変更履歴をご利用ください。

3. 禁止事項

利用者は、法令と Google の規約に従って本アドオンを利用し、本アドオンの運営を妨げたり、不正に利用したりしないものとします。

4. プライバシー

本アドオンによるデータの取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに定めます。

5. 保証の否認

本アドオンは「現状のまま」かつ「提供可能な範囲で」提供され、商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利の非侵害を含め、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証もしません。開発者は、本アドオンに誤りがないことや、常に利用できることを保証しません。

6. 責任の制限

法令で認められる最大の範囲で、開発者は、本アドオンの利用または利用できないことによって生じた間接的・付随的・特別・結果的な損害、およびデータや内容の損失について責任を負いません。

7. 変更と終了

開発者は、いつでも本アドオンを変更・停止・終了し、本規約を改定することがあります。改定した本規約は、新しい施行日とともにこのページに掲載します。改定後も本アドオンを利用した場合は、改定後の本規約に同意したものとみなします。利用者は、本アドオンをアンインストールすることで、いつでも利用をやめられます。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。
